EB-5 Regional Centers

For EB-5 investors, an approved regional center can make it easier to satisfy the program's job-creation requirement: an investment channeled through a regional center may count indirect and induced jobs, not only the direct jobs an independent enterprise must create on its own.

Which regional centers are currently approved changes constantly. USCIS designates regional centers under the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022, and it regularly adds new centers and terminates others. For that reason we no longer publish a fixed list here โ€” any list frozen on a page is out of date almost immediately. USCIS also cautions that a center's approval is a regulatory designation, not an endorsement of the center or of any particular project.

Confirming a center's status is only the starting point of due diligence. Whether a specific regional center or project fits your circumstances is a case-specific question. To discuss an EB-5 investment strategy, contact our office.
